is there any way for me to watch the foreign channels/shows with english subtitles/cc

Sad to see this continouing rather poor quality on the CNN's channels, especially UK which starts early with The Newsroom with either Lynda, Anna or Paula etc.
Then it's just keep on in the later Newsroom with Rosmary, Max, Christina, then over to This Morning program, into The News Central, further into Amanda's World Sport and again The Newsroom with Amara, Fredricka or Erica and it just keeps going ...
Then we get Connect the World for 2 hours of poor quality, back again with The Newsroom with Rachel, over to One World + Amanpour, then Isa Soares Tonight and Quest, The Lead, First Move, The Situation Room and on and on, it's horrible, og just sad ...

This began around Nov 1st. as I wrote previously, then continued as a NOT ACCESSIBLE channel, it was down, for about 3 days, so when these things happen elsewhere, and I point that out to the channels, 'bout poor sound og picture og missing program content, they have usually had interuptions from press conferences from the WH, Nato or others around the globe, or simply watch cam's live on the borders here and there, like Raffah, West Bank, Gaza all around etc.
Golan Heights you name it, they have various transmissions incoming from different news agencies abrupting the usual segments, and they are delivered from AFP, Reuters, AP and the likes of those and every time I tell them it's just hanging in there with a pause-picture afterwards of blurping sound, or the watch cam is going on for days, they tell me they forgot to put the original transmission link back on ...

Or they had the wrong link put back since the sound or picture quality got so bad ... Therefore I thought someone in the tech dep of this freeinter-site have simply done a faulty job ... As this is rather amateurish and strange ...

CNN Live starts lagging at 8-9 AM EST. But Fox News Live works fine at the same time. Is this traffic related?
