CNN Live starts lagging at 8-9 AM EST. But Fox News Live works fine at the same time. Is this traffic related?

CNN IS VERY CHEAP CAN'T HANDLE THE BUSY TRAFFIC LIKE THE OTHER CHANNELS OR STATIONS SHAME

Clearly CNN on freeintertv cannot handle the traffic today….just a spinning icon. All other channels work fine.

It appears that CNN has had a source/CODEC change. The quality isn't 1080 FHD as it was - or close to it. It now is perhaps standard def. (SD) at best, with the stream quality dynamically changing from bad to perhaps SD quality. Also, now we are getting the *****. domestic ad breaks. Before it would go to slide for the ad break.
Perhaps this is a change due to the foreseen bandwidth increase for election day?
Please restore the previous good quality stream ASAP.
