Try it using Mozilla Firefox or Chrome.
As for Internet Exlorer- I wouldn't recommend to use it at all.
One is considered to be the worst browser as for security and
speed.

It appears that it is opening w/center circle turning for not even a second and then a box appears on the far left and it goes blank.
