The reasons why some channels play jerky are two. The one is the speed of Internet connection. To watch all channels smoothly, it takes about 2Mbit per second. However, 1MBit/sec is quite enough to watch most part of channels.
The second is overloaded server...when too many people want to watch the same channel.
