Slip in covert operationals under cover of night, spark off an incident somehow, send in the mainstream media to spread the lies far and wide, start a bombing campaign to protect "unarmed" civilians and then help the suddenly heavily armed "civilians" to sweep to power. Then the oil companies move in...oh! and what about Libya's gold reserves?
We have been over the Libya story again and again and with every day that passes, new information arises, such as the planned homage to be paid to Colonel Muammar Al-Qathafi later this month by the UNO for his excellent humanitarian record, tolerance of minorities, religious tolerance and human rights training for the police force.
We have explained how the same man turned the poorest country in the world into the most prosperous in Africa, we have explained how the country works - a Jamahiriya is a country run by the people, through people's councils.

UN Weaving tangled webs of lies for imperialism in Libya
It still amazes that ordinary people are so much smarter than the people placed in charge of them. Anyone could have told the UN when the deliberations were being held exactly what the aims of the US/UK and France were in the demand to establish a no fly zone over Libya.
Your ordinary citizen knew it was just going to be an excuse to pound the living daylights out of the place, while the military and the freaks supporting them have orgasms at the scenes of destruction.
Your ordinary citizen knew it was to regain colonial domination over the region and to steal the country's rich plethora of resources.
No sooner had the orgy started, then those who allowed this began to say, "hey one minute here" beginning with the Arab League from whom the imperialists counted upon for the "air of legitimacy."
The Anglo-French-American consortium leading this criminal activity has fallen for its own propaganda - blindly convinced that the Arab League is on board. If the Arab League totally approved without question, this means the crime is endorsed by the very people the Arab revolts are trying hard to get rid of.

As you boldly and bravely stand in this time of trial, know that you are supported by people all over the globe. No matter how this terrible travesty turns out, I believe that both within your country and without, you have seen the genuine appreciation of people who recognise the good things you have done.
Rare is the leader who, with the tremendous advantages of power, uses that power to bring good to others as you have done.
What you need is concrete assistance besides words and expressions of support. It is hoped that those who are able to will come forward with such concrete assistance.
Globalist imperialist corporatism and fascism has brought this evil upon you and your country. There have been shocking displays of cowardice and greed that stood by and allowed this to happen.
As a citizen of the world, I am outraged. I am furious. We are looking into the face of true evil when we observe what they are currently trying to do to Libya. Breaking "news" messages now make one cringe in anticipation of what horror they may have visited upon your country.
More and more eyes have been opened by this blatant, shameless display of lies and brute force. And one thing is clear, during the last world war at least those who committed those acts of brute force were truthful about their intentions and not pretentious moralisers.
Your country went from the poorest in the world when you took power, to the one with the best standard of living in Africa. Your citizens enjoy free health care, education, housing, interest free loans, free land for those who want to pursue farming.

Let us call a spade, a spade. Let us call a group of armed marauding thugs, committing acts of terrorism and arson, terrorists and arsonists and let us call those who manipulate the words of others to justify their actions, barefaced liars. President Obama is one of these and how wrong I was to believe that he represented a new America.
How wrong I was. I praised the American people for not playing the race card in the last election because I am not a racist. My oldest son's four grandparents were born in four countries in three continents and how wonderful that is. But let us call a spade, let's tell the truth and not invent lies to hide behind. The fact is, the west got the entire Libya story wrong.
Fact: There is a tremendous amount of support for Colonel Muammar Al-Qathafi in Libya. Fact: Libyans enjoy the highest human development indices in Africa. Fact: in 1951, Libya was the poorest country in the world. Fact: the rebellion in Benghazi began with armed groups of thugs perpetrating massacres and acts of terrorism, against unarmed civilians.
Fact: I praised President Barack Obama for his new and fresh and very welcome stance on international relations. How wrong I was. Let us call a spade, a spade. Call him a lawyer? He is a liar. A cheap, unadulterated, disgusting, barefaced liar. He purposefully misinterpreted the words of Muammar Al-Qathafi, claiming that he had threatened his people with violence.
He did not.

Moscow harshly condemns an international military operation against forces loyal to Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, while Washington downplays its role in the hostilities.
It has taken US President Barack Obama just over one year – and less than that if we consider that he earlier agreed to keep open the Guantanamo Bay detention facility – to damage his Nobel Peace Prize, awarded in Oslo, Norway in October 2009.
On Saturday, US warships unleashed a massive sea-based missile salvo against targets inside of Libya, where Col. Muammar Gaddafi has been engaged in a desperate showdown against anti-government forces. The battle is largely centered on the city of Benghazi, where oppositional forces have announced an “interim Libyan government.”
US warships and submarines fired more than 110 Tomahawk cruise missiles into Libyan territory to disable air-defense systems, allowing French and British fighter jets to more easily enforce a no-fly zone. The attack on Libya marks the third Muslim country that the United States is now engaged in military operations with.
So much for "sitting down and talking with enemies," as Obama promised to do during his political campaign for the US presidency.
It should be no surprise that Washington is going out of its way to disassociate itself from the Libyan military campaign, or at least the leadership part of it.
