http://www.freeintertv.com/news_pic/42534.jpgOnline whistle blower WikiLeaks unveiled a new batch of compromising materials. This time correspondence of American diplomats was leaked, which clearly shows that the U.S. did not stop its subversive activities against other countries. The published papers can also adversely affect the relationship between certain countries. The main question is who benefits from it.

On November 28 online whistle blower WikiLeaks unveiled another portion of compromising materials. While earlier the website published documents about the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, this time they made public secret correspondence of American diplomats. Most materials relate to the period of 2004 - 2010.

Most of them are recordings of conversations of American diplomats with foreign politicians, officials and individuals in different countries, as well as reports about the events in different countries and analysis of the situation. According to Der Spiegel, these documents are interesting precisely because diplomats and politicians did not expect them to be published and openly expressed their opinions. The psychological characteristics of foreign leaders devised by American diplomats are particularly of interest.

That is, to live around 4.5 years less than the long-living Japanese or 2.2 years less than the Italians, located in the twentieth place.

In 1960, U.S. citizens were in fifth place, behind Scandinavian countries and Holland and Australia. It took 40 years to lose 19 places and only 10 in fall another 25. Among the causes of the collapse of their real life expectancy are obesity, smoking, alcoholism, poor nutrition, improperly treated diseases, violence and other problems typical of countries that have a much worse index of human development.

And it is no longer taboo, even in major newspapers, including The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, to talk openly of the decline of the country of Barack Obama, who begins the ninth year of the war in Afghanistan. Even in some cases, the situation is described as nothing less than "the collapse of American empire."
http://www.freeintertv.com/news_pic/115246.jpgThe market structure of the rates of foreign currencies has been thrown into question. China has become more active in the eurozone as a result of the economic conflict with the USA. The Chinese dragon starts to determine quotations on world's basic currencies, such as the euro and the US dollar.

Premier Wen Jiabao of China stated during the meeting with the head of the Greek government George Papandreou that China had purchased long-term bonds, issued by Greece to cover its sovereign debt. Beijing, the Chinese official said, was determined to continue purchasing the bonds if Athens needed new loans to settle its huge budget deficit. Several days before that, the lower house of the US Congress approved the bill targeted against the lowered rate of the Chinese currency vs. the US dollar.

The Chinese premier also said that his nation would continue to support the countries of the eurozone that help Greece in overcoming the financial crisis. The official also said that China was intended to double imports from Greece.

These studies were reviewed by Randall Stross in the New York Times (Computers at Home: Educational vs. Hope. Teenage Reality of July 9, 2010). He argues that the intensive use of computers in school programs such as "One Laptop Per Child" at home by teenagers, is a waste of time for educational purposes.

Ofer Malamud (Chicago) and Cristian Pop-Eleches (Columbia) prepared the study "Home Computer Use and the Development of Human Capital" (NBER Working Paper No. 15 814 March 2010). They traveled in 2009 to Romania to gather information from lower socioeconomic households who had opted for a government program that donated a $200 voucher to buy computers if they qualify to a certain level of family income.
http://www.freeintertv.com/news_pic/leaks.jpgWikiLeaks has published a new portion of previously classified military documents. This time, the controversial website has exposed the memo produced by the CIA's Red Cell think tank, which elaborates non-traditional approaches and shares alternative points of view to various issues. The document is titled "What if Foreigners See the United States as an 'Exporter of Terrorism'?"The memo sets out concerns about the participation of US citizens in terrorist activities. In this case, the document says, the United States may earn the reputation of the "exporter of terrorism," which in its turn may complicate Washington's struggle against extremism.

The CIA document went on to warn that if “the US were seen as an exporter of terrorism, foreign partners may be less willing to cooperate with the United States on extrajudicial activities, including detention, transfer, and interrogation of suspects in third party countries," Russia Today says.
